Application
"Oil pulling" as part of the morning routine, treatment over 3 weeks or even on individual days.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull it through your teeth, gargle,... over a period of about 5-10 minutes. The oil changes color to whitish and becomes thin.
