Application

"Oil pulling" as part of the morning routine, treatment over 3 weeks or even on individual days.

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull it through your teeth, gargle,... over a period of about 5-10 minutes. The oil changes color to whitish and becomes thin. After use, spit into a cloth and dispose of in the trash. The application should be done after getting up. After that, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of warm water.
